Building a home requires an ecosystem of experts. We do not sell or rent your data, but we do share necessary project details with trusted partners involved in your build, including:

• Financial and legal professionals (brokers, land developers, or conveyancers helping secure your site).
• Draftspeople, engineers, and surveyors tasked with designing and validating your specific build.
• Sub-contracted tradespeople and suppliers (e.g., electricians, plumbers, bricklayers, cabinet makers) who need site access or specific product selection data.
• Local Councils and Private Certifiers to obtain official building approvals and permits.

Data Security & Construction Milestones

Your plans, contracts, and financial documents are kept secure throughout the lifetime of your build and beyond.

• Digital Protection: NH Homes uses encrypted, password-protected construction management software and CRM databases to restrict access to unauthorized parties.
• Physical Security: Any printed site plans or physical contract copies are stored securely and destroyed via secure shredding when no longer legally required.

Project Photography & Marketing

NH Homes regularly documents our construction projects for quality control, insurance, and marketing purposes.

• What We Capture: We may take photographs and video footage of your vacant land, the active construction site, build milestones, and the completed home (including internal and external finishes).
• Anonymity & Security: To protect your privacy and property security, any media used publicly for marketing, social media, print brochures, or website portfolios will be strictly de-identified. We will never publish your full name, street number, street name, or specific location details without your explicit, separate written consent.
• Client Belongings: For handover or completed home photography, we will only capture the structural work and fixtures installed by NH Homes. We will not photograph your personal furniture, moving boxes, or family members unless specifically invited to do so.
• Your Control: If you prefer that your project not be featured on our public marketing channels, you can notify your project manager or email us at privacy@nhhomes.com.au at any stage of the build process, and we will restrict media use to internal quality tracking only.
