Designed with simple clean lines and skillion roof, the façade of this home is enhanced by a reclaimed aged red brick feature wall. The kitchen is striking yet practical with a clever contrast of colour, industrial brick look splashback and a panty providing plenty of shelving and bench space with room for a double door fridge.

The open end of the island bench encourages family and friends to gather whilst timber look vinyl planks in earthy tones and black pendant lighting over the dining space create a warm and welcoming vibe. The alfresco is easily accessed from the generous family/living area through a large corner stacker which allows breeze to flow freely down the spacious hallway.

A separate powder room off the laundry services both the living and alfresco areas. This home has a unique open plan main bedroom and ensuite with an indulgent freestanding bath, floor mounted spout, classy black tapware, full length shower shelf and dual shower roses.

The large WIR includes a combination of hanging, shelving and drawers providing a neat and organized space. With security screens and ceiling fans throughout as well as ducted air conditioning, security with comfort is easily achieved.
